As if 2025 didn’t have enough on its proverbial plate politically, economically, and environmentally, it might be the year we finally meet the little green guys. That is, if a pretty reliable psychic is to be believed. Baba Vanga, who has made headlines before over her accurate predictions, foretold that 2025 is the year we make contact with aliens.
One Texas man shared this knowledge with over 420,000 viewers on TikTok, resulting in a heated discussion in the comments. Whether you’re excited or spooked that we might see alien life in this lifetime, one thing’s for sure: Baba Vanga allegedly doesn’t miss.
Who Is Baba Vanga?
The Bulgarian blind mystic, dubbed the “Nostradamus of the Balkans,” made various predictions that have supposedly come to pass. She died in 1996, but her foretellings are still coming to fruition in this day and age. Some world events the clairvoyant has purportedly predicted include:
- 9/11 terrorist attack
- Death of Princess Diana
- Barack Obama being elected president
Now, the internet is abuzz with another prophecy slated to occur in November.
What’s Happening In November?
In a viral clip, Austin-based @tallestmaninbbq, while mixing vegetables, shares how Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb has reported there’s an “alien spacecraft” headed to Earth. This said spacecraft, which was captured by NASA’s telescope in Chile on July 1, was officially said to be a comet. According to Loeb, however, it could be technology that an alien civilization is sending. Needless to say, there are skeptics about it being an alien probe.
If you’re a Baba Vanga believer, however, you might be in the “that’s totally going to be an alien” camp. @tallestmaninbbq isn’t as skeptical, as he reminds people of the late seer’s foretelling.
“I don’t know if [the alien spacecraft] is real. Nobody really knows, right,” he says. “But something interesting you should Google is Baba Vanga and look at her predictions for 2025.”
He mentions the prediction of us making contact with aliens in November. The plot twist? It’ll allegedly be during a “major sporting event.”
@tallestmaninbbq asks folks to let him know whether they are scared or excited, or whether they think it’s too far-fetched.
“Either way, I think that today, you should just enjoy your day and get some barbecue,” he concludes, promoting his barbecue joint, Rolling Smoke.
What Do Viewers Think?
Naturally, several viewers made lighthearted jokes about a possible invasion.
“Can they hurry up i dont wanna play this game anymore,” a top comment read. Another echoed, “Can they come tomorrow? Please.”
Some took a more grim approach, like one user who stated, “I love my daughter but sometimes i feel guilty of bringing her into this cruel world.”
One user called out @tallestmaninbbq for misinforming folks.
“Guys, it’s an interstellar space object. It’s passing by, the sun, in November. Which is when scientists can see whether it’s a comet or not,” they said. “It’s currently in between Jupiter and mars. This video is misinformation.”
The TikToker defended himself, replying, “It’s not misinformation, it’s literally me mixing okra and tomatoes and talking about a theory/asking what everybody else thinks. Thanks though. Love the logical side, but you’re more than welcome to be silly with everybody else in the comment section.”
What Major Sporting Events Are There In November?
There are a few sporting events in November that could be classified as “major,” such as the NFL international games in Berlin and Madrid and the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Las Vegas. So if you find yourself at any of these, just keep an eye out for any flying saucers dotting the sky.
As for Baba Vanga, aliens aren’t the only scary prediction—both she and Nostradamus deemed 2026 as the year of it all coming to an end. World War 3, natural disasters, and basically the Apocalypse will allegedly start next year. Oof. Let’s just try to live every day to the fullest, just in case.

UPDATE: In a direct message to BroBible, the creator said he first heard about Baba Vanga from a podcast named “Theories of the Third Kind.”
He didn’t connect the prediction with the comet until he heard about 3I/ATLAS. He then Googled the predictions and saw her prophecy of aliens making contact during a sporting event.
“After I put it together, and had noticed nowhere else online had—that I could find anyways—I decided to do a TikTok,” he said. “I honestly had just got on TikTok when that video went viral, and I didn’t think it would get any views.”
The creator says he’s has experienced seeing things in the sky that he couldn’t explain since he was a teenager.
“But I am still skeptical about aliens because I always believed it could possibly be the government,” he continued. “Which seems to be a pretty popular theory, according to the comment section.”
The TikToker says his favorite conspiracy theory is “Project Blue Beam” where the belief is that the government will fake an alien invasion to gain control, “possibly a similar event to our last pandemic.”
As for the comments under his video, he thinks it’s representative of the current state of the world.
“A lot of people are struggling and are tired of the way things are going,” he shared. “It’s pretty sad, but I think all we can do is continue to get up and do our best.”
