Season six is the first batch of episodes from the hit dystopian series since 2019, which hails from creator Charlie Brooker. According to Netflix, season six boasts “five groundbreaking new stories.”

Here is the synopsis for season six of Black Mirror, via Netflix:

You’ve been wondering. You’ve been waiting. You’ve been warned. The sixth season of Charlie Brooker’s Black Mirror is BACK. The most unpredictable, unclassifiable, and unexpected season yet is arriving in June on Netflix.

First debuting back in 2011, Black Mirror has won three Emmy Awards over the course of its run for Outstanding Television Movie for the episodes “San Junipero”, “USS Callister” and the standalone, interactive movie Bandersnatch, which starred Will Poulter.

The sixth season of Black Mirror — which is one of the most iconic Netflix “originals” to date — will premiere on Netflix on Thursday, June 15. In addition to Black Mirror, June will also see projects such as the Chris Hemsworth-starring sequel to Extraction, the fourth and final season of Never Have I Ever, the second entry in the Our Planet documentary series, and more.
