Okay, right up front. I am one of those people who doesn’t understand, at all, what all the fuss is about with regard to anything related to the British royal family. I don’t care what any of them do, who marries who, or if one of them has a kid like millions of other women do every year throughout the world.
To me the royal family is nothing more than the original Kardashians. They serve little to no purpose and yet people are still somehow enamored with every little move they make.
But hey, that’s just me. I don’t begrudge the people that fawn all over the royal family (I can’t say I feel the same about fans of the Kardashians), I just plain don’t get it.
So imagine how much joy I received from a clip of news reporter Edwina Bartholomew giving a “much-needed” update for the Australian show Sunrise on the birth of former Suits star and Deal or No Deal model Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Whatshisname’s kid.
As Bartholomew was reporting back to the studio some “very important” baby news on live TV, a little boy sitting in the backseat of a car rolled by and flipped her the middle finger wearing the biggest sh*t-eating grin you’ll ever see.
.@edwina_b received an unwelcome guest while reporting from the mean streets of Windsor… π pic.twitter.com/i0IyfqPWJS

That look on his face is goddamn priceless. Someone needs to identify this child pronto and give him a knighthood or whatever it is they do over in England to show their appreciation for greatness.
Some of the reactions to this heroic lad on Twitter were also pretty darn priceless.
Absolutely brilliant. Give that kid a medal. π #sun7

Of course, some people were offended, because that’s how the world works now.
This is the new generation, these kids need a good old fashion spanking

What a bad impression of the UK that little tyke is giving. Shame on him and his parents.

Great parents, nice use of the seatbelt, wonderful outlook on life, should really go places that kid. Do we have to reward it with attention?
