Fans. If you’re a Hollywood star you can’t live with then and you can’t live without them. This relationship was displayed in microcosm over the weekend when a fan ripped 14-year-old Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard for not being friendly enough to a group of complete strangers on the street.
In a video posted with a tweet that has since been made private, but was captured by Buzzfeed, Wolfhard is seen entering and exiting a building where he says “Hi” to the fans and moves on with the rest of his life.
Apparently that wasn’t good enough for this fan who tweeted, “Imagine being 14 and heartless that you can’t stop for your fans who made you famous in the first place! WOW.”
20-year-old Shannon Purser, AKA Barb on Stranger Things, saw the tweet and dropped some serious knowledge on the fan and anyone else who complains about Wolfhard “ignoring” them.
