Are you sick and tired of going on couples trips or vacations with the boys and arguing over the next move? Does making any decision, whether it be a restaurant choice or when to start drinking, take an interminable amount of time? Well, what you need is to assert yourself as the pack leader.
One bro has figured it all out. Alex in Dallas, Texas has gone viral on TikTok with a video racking up 3.2+ million views over the weekend where he lays out the simple steps to grab the alpha status by the horns and ride it like a bull.
Becoming Pack Leader On Any Group Trip
His approach is simple: be better than everyone else on the vacation. In order to be the best you have to beat the best and if you follow his steps then beating the best means outdoing yourself, because you are the king of the castle. That is a slippery slope, as you’ll soon see, which could require an exponential amount of exercise but in the ends that’s just more gains, right??
In the video, user @acehonea starts by saying “this is a reminder that whenever you go on a trip with friends, it’s always important to make sure you run in the morning before everyone wakes up.”
Alex goes on to say “what this does, is it establishes dominance. It shows who the real alpha is. So that when you come back inside and they’re all still hungover, you know that you’re better than them.”

What makes this video perfect is two things. Firstly, he films this all shirtless and breathless as evidence he has been running for a while. Credibility is established.
Secondly, and more importantly, as he runs into the door and announces that he is “better than them” someone in the background groans loudly. This signals to the viewer that the message was received. He is the alpha. The pack leader.

Dominance was asserted and everyone got the message. Not just the ‘hungover’ people in the room, but all the viewers of the video understood.
The top comment on tiktok is from ‘aira’ who wrote “finishing the dialogue in front of them is diabolical.” She’s correct. It really is the cherry on top.
Someone else suggested that the “person making breakfast is the real MVP” and to that I say, wrong. How can I trust someone cooking for a large group of hungover people to meet my morning macros? Specific grams of Protein, Fat, and Carbs don’t appear out of thin air!

100% agreed but maybe not for the reason others may think. In this instance, bullying everyone else on the trip into exercise is clutch. They need to know that they can be better. Flexing on them like this is the only way.
