The arrest of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has led to a mass recontextualization of his public relationships, including with pop star Justin Bieber, whom Diddy was around quite a bit when he was a teenager.
Two separate reports from alleged inside sources have now detailed how Justin Bieber had a “nightmare experience” and a “complicated relationship” with the 54-year-old disgraced rapper and producer, who is facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
“Hearing all of the horrific stories, fans are looking at his associations with other stars in a whole new light… The last thing Justin wants to do is relive or even discuss his complicated friendship with Diddy,” an alleged inside source told InTouch Weekly. “But he’s finally breaking his silence to his friends about his nightmare experience and the private hell it’s caused him.”
An additional source told The Daily Mail that Bieber was “thrown to the wolves” by his parents and that he should have never been allowed to party with Diddy as a teenager.
“Sources close to Bieber said that he ‘should never have been allowed to party with Diddy or anyone else when he was a teen.’ They claim he was ‘thrown to the wolves’ by his mother Pattie Mallette and largely absent father Jeremy Bieber. Usher, whose record label Bieber was signed to, and who was himself mentored by Diddy as a teen, is also partly responsible, these sources claim.”
Diddy was arrested by Homeland Security agents in New York City on Monday, September 16, and has since been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, a federal prison that former inmates describe as “pure hell.”
If convicted on the federal charges against him, Diddy faces at least 15 years in jail and a maximum of life in prison. Texas attorney Tony Buzbee — who represented many of Deshaun Watson’s accusers — also says there will be over 100 additional sexual assault lawsuits filed against Diddy in the coming weeks.
