Former pharmaceutical executive and convicted felon Martin Shkreli spent 5 years of a 7-year sentence in federal prison after being convicted of securities fraud.
The so-called ‘Pharma Bro’, Martin Shkreli, now has some advice for Sam Bankman-Fried, the former FTX CEO who was arrested in The Bahamas, extradited to the United States, and now faces up to 115 years in prison on charges of wire fraud, wire fraud conspiracy, securities fraud, securities fraud conspiracy and money laundering.
Shkreli recently appeared on the Unchained Podcast where he gave Sam Bankman-Fried some unsolicited advice on how to survive prison. Martin referred to it as advice that “could save your life” and started by recommending that SBF shaves his head…

Martin Shkreli Gives Sam Bankman-Fried ‘Live Saving’ Prison Advice
Martin Shkreli is right when he said that “Sam isn’t exactly gonna be somebody that fits into prison.” Shkreli went on to suggest that Sam Bankman-Fried should “shave his head” and focus on “deepending his voice.”
Martin described prison as a “very testosterone-filled, masculine place.” Saying that he wouldn’t normally judge SBF or anyone for the way they talk but in the context of prison, he believes Sam Bankman-Fried should deepen his voice.
Shkreli described Sam as “a bit of an effeminate guy” and believe this will lead to “a lot of issues” for SBF in prison. It’s at this point that Martin Shkreli claims Sam Bankman-Fried “doesn’t know anything about the streets and criminal culture.” Shkreli suggests that SBF “picks those things up as quickly as he can.”
Martin advises SBF to be “listening to as much rap music as possible.” He adds that Sam “should be trying to learn everything there is to know about gangs” and about “the tough neighborhoods in every major city.”
Martin Shkreli says “this sounds funny but this could save your life.” While the former is 100% true the latter remains to be seen.

The entire impression I’m getting is Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart in 2015’s Get Hard:
That entire movie, as I remember it, pretty much sums up Martin Shkreli’s ‘prison advice’ to Sam Bankman-Fried.
