Post Malone is one of the worlds most famous hip-hop artists right now and continuously wins fans over with his cool and laid back persona.
The talented artist also has a tendency to spend big money on collectors items. In that aspect, he’s kind of similar to Jim Irsay owning a wild guitar collection.
With that said, Malone recently made headlines again after dropping cash on the most rare Magic The Gathering card in existence right now.
Now look, maybe you don’t like Magic The Gathering, but it’s one of the most popular card games in the world. Not long ago, the company released a Lord of the Rings themed card featuring the one ring to rule them all.
Nobody was sure who found the card, however, it was reported that it had been found. But according to IGN, Post Malone now owns the ultra rare Magic The Gathering card.
Sources claim the card was originally valued at $2 million. With that said, Marca claims that Malone spent a whopping $2.6 million for the LOTR themed card.
Before that though, a man by the name of Brook Trafton revealed he found the card on Tik-Tok. You can see his hands trembling while holding the card.

Eventually, Trafton shared the video clip of himself and Post Malone exchanging the ultra rare card.
This is my dream come true, meeting @PostMalone and him buying the One Ring card from me is literally a moment straight out of a fairytale. @PostMalone @wizards_magic you’ve changed my life. Things like this don’t happen to people like me. Forever grateful 🙏 ✨ #mtg #onering pic.twitter.com/VMBlDA1HdD

Considering Post Malone loves buying collectible items like this, it’s likely he holds onto this Magic The Gathering card for the long haul.
Luckily for him, the price of the card will likely go up in case someone else is interested in purchasing the card.
