When it comes to breastaurants, there is so much that female servers have to put up with. Whether that’s fielding constant flirting from customers, wrangling disorderly patrons due to alcohol, or waiting on tipless tables (though the latter goes for any server in the industry).
They may not be able to fight back like they wish or give a piece of their mind, but a harmless prank may be just the thing that makes their days in the restaurant bearable. This is what a couple of Twin Peaks servers decided to do during their shift, though their “prank” was received better than they thought.
What Did These Twin Peaks Servers Do?
In a TikTok with over 20,000 views, Twin Peaks server Payton (@payton2cool) and her co-worker decide to “prank” an unsuspecting customer.
“We’re on a mission today,” Payton’s co-worker says in her clip. Payton then shows viewers a note, which reads, “I wuv you.” There is also a drawing of a little face on the small note.
“We’re gonna give this little note to a random guy,” Payton reveals.
The clip then transitions to Payton and her fellow server walking toward someone in the restaurant. “So we’ve spotted our victim,” Payton says.
She then flips the camera to show a young man walking near them. Payton stops him and hands him the note, saying, “Hey, I got this for you.”
Payton and her friend giggle as they tell the man they “wuv” him. He smiles after reading the note, calling it “really sweet.”
“Thanks for that,” the man tells them, walking away. He promises to “keep it forever” after Payton asks him to.
The TikTok ends with both of them repeatedly telling the man that they “wuv” him.
“Mission complete,” they conclude.
What Did Viewers Think Of The ‘Prank?’
Payton’s prank may not have been elaborate or malicious, but it still caused some division among her TikTok viewers. One called it the “dumbest prank ever,” while another claimed they probably made the customer’s day.
Another simply wrote, “This is evil.”
What’s It Like Working At Twin Peaks?
Like other breastaurants such as Hooters or Ojos Locos, Twin Peaks sells more than just tasty food: physical appeal. The restaurant’s scantily clad servers dressed in low-crop tops and low-rise jean shorts are known as the “Twin Peaks Girls.” The breastaurant even hosts themed events like “lingerie Fridays,” where the waitstaff is dressed in underwear only to attract customers.
Of course, a gig like this comes with its own set of challenges, especially because of the bar atmosphere. In a story BroBible covered, a Twin Peaks server shared her wild encounter with two intoxicated patrons. They crossed the line from flirting to disrespectful, eventually having to be kicked out for their unhinged behavior.
“I don’t understand why some people don’t know how to handle their liquor or how to talk to women,” the server said in her TikTok about the incident. “What makes you think that’s OK?”
Working in any restaurant—or in any service-facing job, for that matter—requires a level of tact and professionalism that customers tend to brush off. If there’s one thing female servers have proven time and again, it is that you need to have nerves of steel and clear boundaries when dealing with disrespect.
