Actor Wayne Brady was reportedly involved in a fight with another drive who hit his car on the Pacific Coast Highway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The incident occurred near the 21000 block of the Pacific Coast Highway near Las Flores Canyon Road in Malibu on Sunday evening after a 51-year-old driver hit Wayne Brady’s car.
TMZ was first to break the news. They say the fight between the host of Let’s Make A Deal and star of Whose Line Is It Anyway? occurred after a heated argument following the accident.
The driver who hit Wayne Brady then reportedly fled the scene after the fight but was later apprehended by police. He was then arrested and charged with battery, DUI, and a hit-and-run according to TMZ.
I’ve never met Wayne Brady in person and at least 50% of what I know about him came from Chappelle’s Show ‘Training Day’ sketch when they busted out the infamous ‘Is Wayne Brady gonna have to choke a b—-?’ line that was repeated by millennials millions of times over for years back in the pre-social media era when all comedy came from TV and Movies and dudes would just sit around quoting lines as jokes.
One can only hope that Wayne Brady busted out his famous Chappelle’s Show line before the fight ensued in Malibu. If he didn’t, that’s a real miss in life.
