It’s been almost four years to the day since Jay-Z released his last project. After plenty of teasing, “4:44″— H.O.V.A.’s 13th studio album— drops on Tidal today (we can only hope it eventually drops somewhere else for the 99.8 percent of people who don’t have Tidal).
