The first trailer for Neighbors 2 is here! At the end of Neighbors, Seth Rogen and Zac Efron became friends after waring over their collective differences. Now we know what happened to the Delta Psi Beta house after Efron and Dave Franco moved out: They sold it to an unofficial off-campus sorority, who proceeds to terrorize the neighborhood with deranged sorority girl antics, as led by the adorable Chloë Grace Moretz.
Did we mention Selena Gomez is in it as the pompous, stuck-up ringleader of another sorority? Of course she is…
