Not to make anyone feel down in the dumps, but we’re practically a quarter of the way through the NFL season. Our early jumps to conclusions about our team’s fortunes are starting to feel more set in stone. Personally, I will not let myself be upset about the Jets’ fortunes heading into Week 4. We’ve played one stinker and two nail-biters, but maybe we’ll get it right against the Dolphins on Monday. Maybe. J-E-T-S.

As far as the rest of the league went last week, hopefully no one jumped on my bandwagon after my strong showing in Week 2, cuz 10-6 ain’t gonna cut it. To be fair, I put too much faith in the Packers and zero faith in the Bears, but that comes with living in Wisconsin for 15 years. But overall, the NFC North looks to be a force to be reckoned with again this year.

Also, shame on the Giants for trotting the corpse of Russell Wilson out every week. And no, I don’t want Jaxson Dart either. There’s only one man who can save the team (and the ratings), and he loves crab legs, eating W’s, and putting up chaos stat lines every game. The world is a better place when you’re on the field, Jameis.
