The limited-edition 2019 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Coupe was officially unveiled last weekend at the 2018 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, one of the most exclusive car shows in the world.
Side note: if you’ve never been to a Concours d’Elegance then I highly suggest attending one. I went to the Concours d’Elegance in Amelia Island, Florida years ago and that year the theme was ‘Ferrari through the years’ or something to that effect and they had a Ferrari model there from every single year since Ferrari was first founded. It was nuts.
You might remember a few weeks back when we first caught a glimpse of the 2019 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Coupe. Before it was even officially unveiled it was setting records at Nurburgring where it set a new record of 6:44.97 on the 12.8 mile (20.6 km) Nurburgring track.
Flash forward to 2018 Monterey Car Week and the 2019 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Coupe was officially unveiled and now we’ve got pictures, specs, and more.
The limited-edition 2019 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Coupe will carry a not-at-all batshit crazy price tag of around $517,000. Only 900 of these cars are expected to be made which means it will be nearly impossible to get your hands on one even if you’ve got a half million dollars to spend on a car.
The naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine will be pumping out around 770 horsepower with 531 lb-ft of torque.
This car will go 0-to-62 MPH with a lightning fast speed of 2.8-seconds. It will go 0-to-124 MPH in only 8.6 seconds. And it will brake from 62mph-to-0 in just 30 meters (98 feet).
The inside of the car is straight up nasty. It features a carbon fiber look throughout the cockpit and across the doors, seats, console, tunnel, and more. The look is said to draw an aeronautical inspiration.

The car’s steering covers ‘all four wheels via Lamborghini Dynamic Steering (LDS) and Lamborghini Rear-wheel Steering (LRS)’ giving it one of the smoothest, most secure and high-performance rides on the planet.
The 2019 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Coupe will begin shipping to buyers sometime in early 2019 for anyone fortunate enough to secure one of these rare vehicles.
