Swiss luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer has been on fire lately with their new releases. From teaming up with Aston Martin to create two magnificent new racing-inspired timepieces to their new Connected Modular 45 Full Diamond watch made of white gold and 589 diamonds, the most expensive smartwatch ever made, they’ve killing the watch game.
Of course with Baselworld 2018 currently underway TAG Heuer has, of course, been introducing some new timepieces to their collection.
We’ve already hit on one of those new chronographs, the Carrera ‘Tête de Vipère’ Chronograph Tourbillon Chronometer, one of two new additions to their long-standing Carrera Collection (which celebrates its 55th anniversary in 2018), and now we’ve got a couple more for you.
First up is the new TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph GMT.

The Carrera Chronograph GMT is equipped with a GMT function, the first time that TAG Heuer has added this complication to its prestigious manufacture movement.
The second time zone, which can be adjusted with the crown, is read using the lacquered red hand and the black and blue ceramic bezel, which has a 24-hour GMT scale. To ensure optimum legibility, the GMT hand has been mounted in a secondary position — between the hour and minute hands — enabling it to pass over the indexes and skim the GMT scale.

The other new watch TAG Heuer introduced at Baselworld is actually two new stylish, vintage-inspired timepieces featuring the TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 16 chronograph.
The bezel of these watches is made from ceramic, and features a tachometer scale – a crucial component on an automotive chronograph. The black version ($5,200) is adorned with a magnificent perforated black leather strap with red stitching. The blue version ($4,650) features a steel bracelet for maximum comfort.
