Johnny Manziel has been partying it up in Cabo San Lucas this week, and according to the Daily Mail he was joined by Playboy Playmate Daisy Lea.
On Thursday, in a farewell post on Instagram, Lea took a not-so-subtle shot at Manziel by writing that she would “rather stand alone” than be a person who “enables others to go down a harmful and dangerous path”
