On Wednesday, an Emirates Airline flight traveling from India crash-landed and burst into flames on the runway at Dubai International Airport. All 300 of the passengers and crew escaped before the plane exploded.
Flight EK521 was coming from Thiruvananthapuram and there was no emergency notified before landing. However, in what may be a landing gear failure or collapse, the plane was seen on its belly and grinding to a halt.
