Krispy Kreme celebrates its 78th birthday today by offering a dozen glazed doughnuts for $.78 to those who first buy a dozen of any kind. While you have to pay for the doughnuts, the Diabetes is on the house. To wash all those donuts and sorrow down, 7-11 is celebrating it’s 88th year by giving away free 12-oz. Slurpees of any flavor between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 11. Did you catch that? July 11th. The date is 7-11.
