Afer a series of terrorist attacks in Paris on Friday night that have left over 150 dead and dozens injured, some Twitter users in Paris and the United States began using the hashtags #StrandedInUs and #PorteOuverte, or “open door,” to offer their homes to strangers who are stranded and in need of shelter.
If you are stranded in Paris tonight and need shelter use the hashtag #PorteOuverte, Parisians are opening their homes to those in need.
