Underprivileged Kids Forced To Choose Xmas Gift For Themselves Or For Family And Decision Was Way Too Easy

UPtv visited the Metro Atlanta Boys & Girls Clubs and offered the kids this proposition: would you like a gift for yourself or a gift for a family member? They took it a step further, and crueler, by SHOWING the kids each gift. One kid was forced to stare at a brand new XBox and choose himself or his family.

The kids chose family. They not only chose family but their reasons for making what, to them, seems like such an easy and obvious choice.

“My mom would probably want a ring,” one kid says. “She’s never really had a ring.”

“Those are just LEGOs,” another kid said, “but your family is your family.”
