Here’s Every Team USA Gold Medal Through Day 6 Of The 2024 Summer Olympics

The 2024 Summer Olympics are well underway and Team USA is hitting its stride after a slow start in the gold medal column. Here are all nine gold medals that Team USA has won in the first six days of the Olympic Games.

Over the sixteen official days of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, over 300 gold medals will be handed out, with the USA hoping to win more than any other country.

Through day 6, the USA has won nine gold medals, second to China’s 11.  Here are all of those gold medals so far.

Men's 4x100 Freestyle Relay

Jack Alexy, Chris Guiliano, Hunter Armstrong, Caeleb Dressel, Ryan Held, and Matthew King earned Team USA’s first gold medal in the Men’s 4×100 freestyle relay on day 1 of the Olympics on Saturday. They edged Australia by just over a second.

While only four can swim in the final, Held and King earned a gold medal by swimming in the preliminaries, as all swimmers who compete at any time on the relay are eligible for a gold medal.

Lee Kiefer - Women's Individual Foil

Lee Kiefer won America’s first individual gold medal on day 2, beating out fellow Team USA member Lauren Scruggs in the finals of Women’s Individual Foil

Torri Huske - Women's 100M Butterfly

Torri Huske won USA Swimming’s first individual gold medal with an outstanding performance in the Women’s 100m Butterfly, edging teammate Gretchen Walsh by 0,04 on Day 2.

USA Women's Artistic Gymnastics Team

Simone Biles, Suni Lee, Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, and Hezly Rivera entered the Team Final for Women’s Artistic Gymnastics as big favorites and won in a blowout over Italy and Brazil on Day 4.

Katie Ledecky - Women's 1500M Freestyle

The most decorated female athlete in American history has the world’s 20 fastest times in the Women’s 1500 Freestyle, and she dominated the field on Day 5 en route to her eighth career gold medal.

Kate Douglass - Women's 200M Breaststroke

Day 6 was the best day for gold medals for Team USA so far, and Kate Douglass got it done in the pool, winning the Women’s 200M breaststroke.

USA Women's Foil Team

Jacqueline Dubrovich, Lee Kiefer, Lauren Scruggs, and Maia Mei Weintraub beat out the traditional power Italy in the final of the Women’s Team Foil on Day 6. It is the first team to win gold in the history of USA fencing.

USA Rowing-Men's Four

Justin Best, Liam Corrigan, Michael Grady, and Nick Mead won Team USA’s first gold medal in the event since 1960 with a dramatic win on Day 6

Simone Biles -Women's Artistic Gymnastics All-Around

Brazil’s Rebeca Andrade made Simone Biles earn her crown as the world’s best gymnast, but the GOAT ultimately prevailed by just over a point on Day 6.
