Raul Rosas Jr. is the real deal.

Back in September, Rosas became the youngest fighter signed to the UFC when he signed his contract at 17 years old after winning on Dana White’s Contender Series.

Rosas was so young that his parents had to give consent for him to be signed with the UFC.

On Saturday, the 18-year-old Rosas made history after he dominated Jay Perrin and finished off his opponent in the first round with a rear naked choke.

After the fight, Rosas said he needed the $50k bonus so he could buy his mom a minivan to drive him to the UFC performance institute.
