There’s more bad news for the Colorado Buffs.

On Friday, the team suffered their fifth straight loss after getting embarrassed in a 42-point loss against Washington State.

A day after the Buffs’ loss, 3-star offensive lineman recruit Talan Chandler from Missouri decommitted from Colorado and decided to go to school in his home state.

Chandler, a three-star talent from Nevada, Missouri, was firmly set on joining the Buffs and was advocating for others to be a part of the program up until a month ago. There were rumors recently that he would be staying home at Missouri instead of joining Coach Prime in Boulder, and he made that official.

Last week, 5-star recruit Winston Watkins decommitted from Colorado and said, “I don’t know if Prime will still be there when I get there.”

Losing Chandler hurts the Buffs, who are in desperate need of a new offensive line.

After a loss this season, Sanders vowed to replace his offensive line for failing to keep his son Shedeur protected in the backfield.
