Another week, another Odell Beckham Jr. controversy.
Earlier this week, the Giants superstar wide receiver made headlines when he threw shade at QB Eli Manning for not being able to get him the ball deep down the field.
Via ESPN
How come we can’t throw the ball for more than 20 yards? How come we don’t attempt or try to throw the ball for more than 20 yards?,” he said. “Those are questions that we have to figure out, but for now I would say it’s our heart, it’s our energy. It’s what we bring when we line up before the game, all of that. It counts.”
“I don’t know,” Beckham said when asked if there was an issue at quarterback. “Like I said, I feel like he’s not going to get out the pocket. He’s not — we know Eli’s not running it. But is it a matter of time issue? Can he still throw it, yeah, but it’s been pretty safe and it’s been, you know … cool catching shallow [routes] and trying to take it to the house. But I’m, you know, I want to go over the top of somebody.”
Beckham looked extremely frustrated tonight when he was seen storming into the locker room before halftime while the Giants offense was still on the field.
With the Giants offense on the field and two seconds left in he first half, Odell Beckham, Jr. was seen walking down the tunnel into the locker room. Weird scene.

Giants fans weren’t pleased with Beckham’s attitude.
When you’re a proud New York Giants fan and Odell continues to test your patience by doing stupid ass shit pic.twitter.com/FENeJhGhw5

I wonder if the Giants would be better off without Odell Beckham Jr. He has a ton of skill and I know the team is bad but he seems like such a cancer and that negative energy is nothing but harmful to a team, especially from one of your best players.

Odell being a cry baby as usual🤦🏻♂️ quitting on his team? He can’t be mad at anyone other than himself because he’s the one who accepted that stupid contract to keep him in New York when he could’ve been done with them
