Tee Higgins was the victim of a bizarre NFL rule and was screwed out of a touchdown on Sunday.
During the Bengals-Jets game, Higgins made an incredible catch in the back of the end zone and appeared to get both his toes down.

According to the NFL, even if you have both sets of toes down but you’re heel lands out of bounds, you’re out.
#Bengals score so it doesnât matter but Tee Higgins a victim of one of the weirder rules. If you drag your toes only, youâre in. If you have both sets of toes down but your heel lands out of bounds, youâre out.

Fans hated the rule after learning about it during the Higgins play.
“The NFL needs a serious overhaul of their rules. How can a toe drag constitute a catch, but two toes down and a heel OB be incomplete? Make it the whole foot in bounds or two toes”
