Things got heated at Houston Texans training camp on Wednesday.
During the team’s practice, a brawl broke out after an incident involving linebacker Derek Stingley and tight end Dalton Schultz.
Videos show that Stingley walked towards Schultz after a play and hit him with a cheap shot. It’s currently unclear why Stingley was angry with Schultz.

While Stingley may have hit his teammate with a cheap shot, his coaches don’t seem angry with him and are praising his competitive spirit.
“He’s a competitive kid, he relishes the 1-on-1 moment. … You can’t teach that” said Texans’ defensive backs coach Dino Vasso.
Derek Stingley Jr. stole the show at Texans’ training camp today, had an interception vs. Tank Dell and a scuffle with Dalton Schultz.

It’ll be interesting to see if Schultz and Stingley still have beef and end up going at it again during training camp in the coming weeks.
