Even In The Offseason Bryce Harper Continues To Be A Beast – Deadlifts 505 Pounds

While other baseball players are on vacation in Aruba stuffing their face with grouper sandwiches and Balashi beer on the beach, Bryce Harper is grinding it out and making sure that he is in tip-top shape. Despite the 2017 MLB season in nearly three months away, Harper is putting in the time and effort in the gym to be the best he can be.

The Washington Nationals outfielder posted a video on his Instagram of dead-lifting a 505 pounds with the caption: “Back is rounded a bit, but at #505 I’ll take it! #noOFFseason.”

If that wasn’t enough, Bryce also put in a “lite day” at the gym with fellow slugger Jason Giambi recording the video.

Bryce had a disappointing 2016 season; I am talking in Bryce Harper expectations, because in his “disappointing” season he still belted 24 home runs and had 86 RBIs. Watch Bryce bounce back and nearly double his power numbers in 2017.
