Caitlin Clark’s competitive spirit never dies. That was on full display during a recent team outing with the Indiana Fever.
Players and coaches attended a local charity event this week in hopes of raising money to support a great cause. That outing consisted of a meet-and-greet for WNBA fans, photo and autograph ops, and some friendly golf contests.
“An extravaganza beyond extravaganzas.” 🎉

As the team made the rounds, they found a spot in an open golf bay where Caitlin Clark and teammate Lexie Hull took a few swings. It didn’t take long for the stakes to be raised!
Clark teed off first, showing off her skills on the links. Hull followed, though, and she bested her rookie roster member with an impressive shot of her own!
Clark’s competitive spirit wouldn’t allow for a loss, even at a charity event. She had to take another shot – which she did to at least match Hull’s score. She wasn’t losing!
“Let’s see what you got, no pressure.” 🏌️♀️

Indiana Fever players poked fun at their overly competitive playing partner.
“What isn’t she good at?” you hear Aliyah Boston sarcastically ask after Clark’s first shot. She followed up after seeing Hull’s higher score by saying, “You just can’t, can you? Like you just have to go again.”
Hull echoed that sentiment, quipping, “She just can’t let me win,” as Clark quickly snatched the club from her grasp.
Caitlin Clark’s competitiveness is appreciated by her teammates on the court. It’s one of the reasons she finds herself firmly entrenched in the Rookie of the Year race.
Clearly, that competitive spirit doesn’t take any days off!
