Caitlin Clark’s first month of professional basketball didn’t exactly go according to plan, but just a couple of months later, it appears that Clark has this whole WNBA thing figured out.
Clark ranks 10th in the league in scoring at 17.9 points per game. Her 8.3 assists per game are tops in the league, and she leads all guards with 5.7 rebounds per game.
All signs are pointing toward Clark being a generational talent in the WNBA, and fans have taken notice. One fan, in particular, went so far as to get an image of Clark shooting tattooed on her forearm.

“Hey, we’re just here for the GOAT. Can’t wait to see her live,” the woman says, showing off a large forearm tattoo of Clark shooting the ball.
That is next-level dedication.
But there’s just one glaring problem.
The tattoo shows Clark, who is right-handed, shooting the ball with her left hand.
“So we’re not going to mention the tattoo has Caitlin shooting left handed,” one fan asked on Twitter.
“Ugh, for LIFE. Tattoo has CC shooting with the wrong hand,” said another. “I saw a tattoo years back a guy had of Payton Manning and it had him throwing left handed. Both in indy. Wonder if it was the same artist.”
Listen, I’m a big tattoo guy. I’ve got a few of them and would like to get more. And not every one is perfect. But that feels like a mighty big detail to screw up.
Do we think the fan knew before showing it off? Did she ask for the tattoo with Caitlin shooting left? Will she at least get to meet Caitlin Clark at some point?
There are so many questions left unanswered about this.
Meanwhile, Clark posted another big game with 23 points, eight assists and five rebounds. But the Indiana Fever fell to the Minnesota Lynx, 90-80.
