Things got a bit heated between DK Metcalf and one of his teammates during practice.
On Wednesday, the NFL Network was on location at the Seattle Seahawks training facility, reporting on the team’s latest practice.
While they were live on air, Metcalf was seen ripping off one of his teammate’s helmets to swing it at another teammate during a heated altercation.
DK Metcalf swinging a helmet at a teammate was caught on TV. 😅😅

Seahawks rookie head coach Mike McDonald spoke about the incident on NFL Network and said things cooled down after the scuffle.
“We’ve been getting after it…we’ve been out here 14 out of the last 16 days, think we’re tired of going against one another.”
“We’re right on the line right now and I think the guys realize that. Let’s take care of one another. Definitely don’t want people fighting out here and stuff, especially against their own teammates…and then DK gave a great message to end practice, just putting everything in perspective and the guys finished it off the right way”
