Rumors have been swirling around the Los Angeles Rams lately, as numerous veterans are reportedly available via trade.
Well, it sounds like Jalen Ramsey is heading to play for the Miami Dolphins, as the front office makes a big move to improve the secondary.
According to Ian Rapoport, a deal hasn’t been reached yet, but the Rams and Dolphins are finalizing a trade.

This is a huge move for Miami, as the defense gets the help they need to compete. Meanwhile, the Rams will surely receive some pieces to replenish the roster.
Perhaps Miami got away with one though, as Adam Schefter reveals the compensation Los Angels is receiving in the trade.
Trade is now agreed to, per sources:

With Tua Tagovailoa still on his rookie contract, it appears Miami is taking advantage of its cap space to build a truly competitive roster.
Jalen Ramsey is a stud cornerback that can really put the Dolphins’ defense over the top. Couple that with the high-powered offense and you have yourself a real threat in the AFC East.
This division might just be a wild race next season. The Buffalo Bills are still the top dog while the Dolphins now make a strong case. On top of that, many are speculating Aaron Rodgers to be traded to the New York Jets.
Either way, Miami aims to make vast improvements for the 2023 season.
