Covington fired back at Garry in a fiery video on social media.
Colby Covington's response to Ian Garry wasn't funny at all. It's actually an compliment. Colby don't have anything bad to say about Ian Garry, so he makes fun of his wife. Same thing happened with Leon and Usman. pic.twitter.com/tQWml5POb1

“Youāre asking for gimmicks you donāt even comprehend, junior. An āI Quitā match implies thereās no disqualification and no time limit. No commission would ever approve that. And besides, we already saw you quit in December before the press conference. You want to talk about what Iām famous for and my title fights? The only thing youāre famous for is parading around a nutritionistās sloppy seconds like sheās Miss Universe. Sheās a 4 at bestā
During an interview with Sky Sports, Garry revealed that he has changed the stipulations of his “I Quit” match and wants to make Covington quit in front of President Trump, who has attended several of Covington’s fights.

“I’m going to make Colby say that, that’s what I’m gonna do. I’m gonna [be] pounding his face on the canvas, I’m going to point his face to Donald Trump and I’m going to be like ‘Say it, say it to your President. Don’t say it to me. Say it to him. I want him to look in your eyes when you say that.'”
Although a fight between Covington and Garry has yet to be booked, it seems inevitable that the two will fight soon.
