ESPN’s Mark Jones is a big fan of Colorado Buffs coach Deion Sanders

Ahead of Friday night’s Stanford-Colorado game, Jones took to social media to praise Sanders for turning around the Buffs’ program this season.

“America’s Coach @DeionSanders

“Buffalo’s are 2 wins from bowl eligibility. Coach Prime remains implacable & uncompromising on reaching his desired elevated standard. He’s an old school coach. But some can’t see past the LV”

During the game, Jones, who was calling the game for ESPN, made sure to call Sanders “America’s coach” after he embraced Travis Hunter following a touchdown.

Fans immediately reacted to Jones’ ‘America’s coach’ comment on social media.
