ESPN’s Bart Scott went a bit too far during the latest edition of ‘First Take’ and angered the Cowboys’ fan base.
On Friday, Scott and the ‘First Take’ crew discussed Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs’ devastating ACL injury that will keep him out for the rest of the year.
During the segment, Scott joked, “Like Stephen A. always says, just wait. Something bad always happens” to the Cowboys.
Both Stephen A. Smith and Ryan Clark were disgusted with Scott’s joke and immediately let him know that it was inappropriate, considering the severity of the injury.
Bart Scott joking about Trevon Diggs’ injury is insane work. Most these guys on the big networks are so bad, it’s unreal. pic.twitter.com/F8raYqVC5y
