ESPN’s Diana Russini is firing back at Aaron Rodgers.
Earlier this week, Russini reported that Rodgers had a wish list of players he wanted to play with in New York.
Aaron Rodgers has provided the NY Jets with a wish-list of free agents he would like them to target and acquire, per sources.
It includes Randall Cobb, Allen Lazard, Marcedes Lewis and….Odell Beckham Jr.— Dianna Russini (@DMRussini) March 14, 2023
After announcing that he wants to play for the Jets next season on the Pat McAfee show, Rodgers fired a shot at Russini over her report.
“It’s so ridiculous… I didn’t respond to Dianna Russini, I think her name is, but I would say the same thing that I told Schefty, lose my number, nice try”

Russini immediately jumped on ESPN to respond to Rodgers and defended her reporting.
“These were not demands from Aaron Rodgers, we never reported it that way, and we never even presented it that way.
There are more names Aaron Rodgers wants, there’s more on that list, I didn’t report that, but none of this was demands, this is all normal. If you’re recruiting a big-time quarterback like Aaron Rodgers, you’re going to allow him to make suggestions.”
