The Green Bay Packers might want to tweak their offense again.
Last week, Aaron Rodgers implored Matt LaFleur to simplify the offense because it was too complicated for some players.
“We need to lock in a little bit more and simplify things in our own mind,” Rodgers said. “Even the most complex plays can be simplified in our mind. We just need to be better in the details. The details have not been good enough.”
“It’s always been, when we struggle, we’re doing too much,” Rodgers said. “This has been a part of every season. This has happened in ’19 and ’20 and ’21, all the same. It’s just different personnel, different years, different momentums, different energy.”
On Sunday, the team’s offense struggled once again.
Through three quarters, the Packers offense only had 96 yards vs. the Commanders.
Washington allowed just 76 total yards in the first half, by far the fewest it's allowed all season. The Packers have 98 midway through the third quarter.

During the fourth quarter, a frustrated Rodgers was seen yelling, “what the f are we doing?” at Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs after a drop.
