Earlier this month, basketball fans were treated to a hilarious “NBA Players—They’re Just Like Us” moment courtesy of Glen Davis, who was captured on camera sitting courtside during a contest between the Celtics and the Nets in Boston at the exact moment he was informed he in someone else’s seat.
"Oh these y'all's seats? Alright."
ESPN cut to Glen Davis getting kicked out of a seat that he tried to move to during Sunday's Celtics-Nets game 🤣

The retired big man tried to play it cool by deploying the classic “Oh, this is yours?” line literally every single person caught in a similar situation has pulled out before sheepishly relocating. He may have been able to resolve that situation with relative ease, but things have taken a very interesting twist now that we’ve learned he may have placed himself in legal jeopardy as a result.
It may not be illegal to occupy a fellow spectators seat, but it is illegal to venture over state lines when you’re out on bond after being charged with defrauding the NBA’s healthcare plan—which is the situation the man dubbed “Big Baby” found himself in last year along with 17 other former players.
It appears Davis formally requested to have the terms of his release modified on March 9th in order to travel from New York to Massachusetts to promote his comedy show, but that letter was penned three days after Davis had already taken the trip up to Boston for the aforementioned game.
So, Glen "Big Baby" Davis violated his bail conditions to watch the Nets play the Celtics in Boston on Sunday.
Davis has been charged with submitting fraudulent medical claims to the NBA's benefits plan.

It’s unclear what type of punishment Davis could face for violating the terms of his agreement, but 98.5’s Toucher and Rich claim he was forced to call off an in-person appearance scheduled for Friday morning because he was ordered to appear in court.
We were told the reason Big Baby couldn't come in studio this morning is because he was in court.
If the below is true, the reason is because he violated his bail to sit on the court at the Celtics / Nets game. 😬 https://t.co/wXllcPadVs— Toucher & Hardy (@toucherandhardy) March 18, 2022
