After years of debate, football fans will finally know for sure whether the Green Bay Packers got it right when they drafted Jordan Love in the 1st round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
The move came as a pretty big surprise at the time as the Packers still had Aaron Rodgers, were coming off of a 13-win, and probably would have benefitted from bringing somebody in to help them contend at the time.
Since the Packers made the pick, Love has spent 3 seasons sitting on the bench behind Rodgers waiting for his chance to become the team’s starting quarterback.
With Rodgers heading to the Jets this offseason, Love is finally about to get that chance.
However, it seems CBS Sports’ Adam Schein doesn’t believe he even needs to wait and see Love get that opportunity to know the former Utah State QB won’t be any good at the NFL level.
During yesterday’s episode of “Time to Schein”, he went on a rant about how awful of a QB he believes Love is.
“I loathe Love, I despise Love,” Schein said. “I mean, everyone looks great during preseason practices apparently for Jordan Love, who by his own admission his struggled … I mean, this is a flat-out debacle. It’s also predictable because Jordan Love can’t play football. Simple as that.”
Last night, one of Love’s teammates came to his defense.

Jordan Love hasn’t looked overly impressive so far when he’s been on the field, but that is also not much of a sample size.
This year, we’ll be getting our first good look at what exactly he can be in the NFL.
We won’t have to wait long to find out what that is and one thing we know for sure right now is that his teammates are ready to back him up whether it’s on or off the field.
