Two days ago, The Detroit Red Wings’ Daniel Alfredsson took a stick to the face, which dislodged several teeth from his mouth. Once he realized they were gone, he skated back to the scene of the crime until he found them, then plucked them both off the ice and skated to the bench.
Let’s just say, if this happened to me, I wouldn’t be handling it that way.
