Israel Adesanya is chiming in on the Sean Strickland-Dricus Du Plessis brawl from over the weekend.
On Saturday night, Strickland and Du Plessis got into a fight in the stands while seated close to each other at UFC 296.

Adesanya, who fought Strickland and was supposed to fight Du Plessis earlier this year, reacted to the brawl on his YouTube page and took a shot at his rivals.
“I mean, at least he didn’t call him a n—-,”“Fully respectable champions and title challengers. That’s what they did. ‘Oh, Israel is so embarrassing as a champion. Goes in the cage, meh, meh, meh.’ Then this is what they do. They sucker punch them. He actually did. He jumped over the chair, sucker punched him and they had a little scrap.”
“I liked it. I like a s— show. Don’t we all? We all see a car crash, we won’t look away.”
Adesanya was clearly referencing Du Plessis criticizing him for not “behaving like a champion” earlier this year.
“He’s behaving like a clown in there,” said Du Plessis after UFC 290. “That’s not how a champion behaves, that’s not how a man behaves, he’s behaving like a child. Conduct yourself like a champion. There’s people looking up to you, and you’re behaving like that? No. If that sells tickets, good for him, I’ll sell tickets my own way. I’m a gentleman, I’m a man, and I’ll behave like a man.”
