After having two NFL seasons under his belt, it sounds like Joe Burrow has picked his favorite team to play against.

Burrow recently appeared on the ‘Full Send‘ podcast and explained that he “loves” playing against the Baltimore Ravens. Burrow’s love for playing against Baltimore makes sense, seeing as how he’s 2-1 against them all time. Both of his wins against the Ravens came last season en route to the Super Bowl.

It’s not just because Burrow has fared well against the Ravens so far in his career, however. He loves the trash-talking every time the two teams meet up.

“I love playing the Ravens because they talk,” Burrow explained. “They talk. I love that… I threw for 520-something in the second one and I threw for 400-something in the first one.”

“Ja’Marr had like 260-something yards the first game. Yeah, I love playing the Ravens. They like to talk. I don’t start the talking, but I usually — if somebody pokes me, I can talk a little bit.”

For his career, Burrow has thrown for 1,124 yards, seven touchdowns, and just two interceptions against Baltimore in his career. His seven touchdowns against the Ravens are the most he’s thrown against any other team in the NFL.

Sure, the trash-talking is fun, but so too is the fact he’s dominated the Ravens through two seasons in the NFL.
