Johnny Manziel is still in full-fledged his “ComebackSZN” mode so this week he decided to made a stop at UCLA to continue his training on the Bruins’ practice field and what do you know, he’s actually still got a gun for an arm.
The 25-year-old Manziel, who will be participating in The Spring League in Austin, Texas beginning on March 28th after talks with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League apparently fell through, hasn’t played in the NFL since the 2015 season.

Manziel is hoping that a good showing during the three-week showcase will help his efforts to return to the NFL. He has also been posting numerous hype videos of himself training, including one he shared on Tuesday that proves he still has tremendous arm strength.
That throw was a good 70 yards or so, no? Impressive.
You know who else was impressed with Johnny Manziel at one point? Quarterback Whisperer Jon Gruden, the new coach of the always cantankerous and often rebellious Oakland Raiders.
ESPN reminds us that in 2014, Gruden loved Manziel and reportedly urged the Raiders to draft him with the No. 4 overall pick.
How awesome would that be? Johnny Football wearing the silver and black, playing in Las Vegas? It’d be almost too good to be true.
