The San Francisco 49ers lost to the Philadelphia Eagles after having a rather ugly performance.
For that reason, Kayvon Thibodeaux decided to talk a little trash to the 49ers. However, it completely backfired when Joe Staley responded.
While San Francisco was in the middle of falling to Philadelphia, Thibodeaux sent a tweet suggesting the New York Giants are better than the 49ers. It rubbed some people the wrong way, while Giants fans were all for it.

After the game though, Joe Staley clearly took offense to Kayvon Thibodeaux’s comments. The 49ers’ star tackle decided to put Thibodeaux in his place.

Kayvon Thibodeaux hit Staley with the same line he used on Jeff Saturday. So this probably confirms that the Giants star is just trolling. Especially considering that Staley is probably a future Hall of Famer himself.

Hey, if you’re a Giants fan then you’re probably trying to defend Kayvon Thibodeaux. Even so, he clearly lost this exchange with Joe Staley. The Giants’ defensive end sure has been vocal throughout the season. Hopefully, he becomes a legitimate star. Otherwise, we might have another version of Eli Apple on our hands.
