One of the most baffling eras of New York Knicks basketball appears to be coming to a close. Phil Jackson, the President of the New York Knicks, is reportedly “parting ways” with the organization. This comes after Jackson and Madison Square Garden executive James L. Dolan warred over buying out Carmelo Anthony.
This is welcome relief to Knicks fans, who took to Twitter to celebrate and mock Jackson.

Let Phil Jackson serve as a cautionary tale. Nobody stands in the way of the Knicks and 30 wins. Nobody.
