Ole Miss football is 4-1 and Lane Kiffin is pumped with the performance of his offense. The Rebels held on to stop Arkansas in the final moments of a back-and-forth shootout of a game in Oxford and the win puts them in position to control their destiny to reach the Sugar Bowl.

From start-to-finish, the game was electric. Not a moment, however, was more exciting than this final-minute touchdown.

With the game tied at 45 at the 1:16-mark in the fourth quarter, offensive coordinator Jeff Lebby dialed up a beauty. Heisman trophy candidate quarterback Matt Corral stepped back in the pocket, looked through his reads on the left side and then turned back to the right.

Much to his delight, wide receiver Braylon Sanders was streaking down the sideline without a defender in sight. He was WIDE open.

Corral dropped a dime right into Sanders’ outstretched arms and the rest was history. Sanders went 68 yards for six.

The entire stadium exploded, but it was the Rebels’ head coach who had the best celebration. As Sanders beat the defensive back with a nasty stutter-go route, Kiffin threw his hands up to signal touchdown before the ball even left Corral’s hands.

As Sanders hauled in the catch, Kiffin followed him to the end zone and tossed his play sheet into the stratosphere. Sprinting down the sideline alongside his receiver, he capped things off with a vigorous fist pump.

Here’s a closer look:

He Bobby Shmurda-ed the heck out of that play sheet.

This was not the first time that Kiffin sent his play sheet soaring. He did so last year against South Carolina and it was equally as emphatic.

After the game, despite the frustration with his defense, Kiffin was able to laugh at himself and enjoy the win. He went viral (as he often does) before the Alabama game last weekend for telling people to “get your popcorn ready” and then getting blown out.

Crimson Tide fans sent a lot of popcorn to Kiffin’s office after the loss and Ole Miss responded with a hilarious promotion.

In his postgame interview following the Arkansas win, which came down to the final two-point conversion attempt, Kiffin said it’s time to enjoy some popcorn.

Ole Miss plays Tennessee at Neyland Stadium next weekend in what will be Kiffin’s second game in Knoxville since he left the program for USC in 2010 and his first return as a head coach.
