Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James has had a lot of memorable moments throughout his illustrious, sport-defining, 20 year career. And, he had another one in game 4 of the Western Conference Finals against the Denver Nuggets with an alley-oop that found the bottom of the net for a three.
Sadly, the Lakers lost, but LeBron James was magnificent. He had 40 points, 10 rebounds, and 9 assists, including 30 in the first half. And, three of them came on this hilarious play.
With 5:40 left in the first quarter, and LeBron James already on fire, he somehow saw Rui Hachimura cutting towards the basket and decided to give him a chance for a thunderous alley-oop. Instead, the ball ended up looking like a set shot from 1935 as it was absolutely pure.

It’s especially funny when you consider that LeBron James had been shooting terribly from behind the arc in the series. Heading into game 4, he was 3-19 from three point range.
And, people on Twitter were having a chuckle.
