LeBron James is, was, and always will be one of the most unintentionally hilarious people in the history of American sports.
Hundreds of thousands if not millions of tweets have been sent over the years that highlight the absurdity of LeBron James, whether it be his penchant for bold lies, his occasional Dad Joke goofiness, his histrionics towards referees, and so on.
The latest instance of LeBron’s hilarity came out of France, where he was seen interacting with fellow American sports legend Tom Brady.
In a video posted to Twitter this week, Brady is seen greeting LeBron and his wife Savannah James, prompting LeBron to say “It wouldn’t be possible without her, I’ll tell you that.”
Twitter immediately sniffed out the irony of the video as a viral tweet that has over 5 million views jokes “Saying this to a man who is recently divorced is nasty lmfaooooo.”

On Thursday, August 8, LeBron helped lead Team USA to an epic comeback win over Nikola Jokic and Serbia in the semi-finals at the Olympics.
In the 95-91 win, LeBron played 32 minutes — second most on the team behind Steph Curry’s 33 — and scored 16 points on 6-9 shooting. He also posted 12 rebounds and 10 assists.
With the win over Serbia, LeBron and Team USA will take on France in the Gold Medal Game on Saturday, August 10 at 3:30 p.m. EST.
As for TB12, he’s gearing up for his first season as the lead NFL analyst for Fox, where he’ll be calling games alongside Kevin Burkhardt after signing a 10-year, $375 million deal with the network last year.
Brady will make his debut in Cleveland on September 8 when the Dallas Cowboys take on the Browns to kick off their 2024 season.
