The LA Lakers are a terrible shooting team, and LeBron James isn’t afraid to point it out.

During Tuesday night’s opening night game, the Lakers shot an abysmal 10-40 from the 3-point range despite getting plenty of open shots in the team’s blowout loss to the Warriors.

Several Lakers fans criticized GM Rob Pelinka for not surrounding LeBron and Anthony Davis with shooters.

After the game, LeBron was brutally honest and admitted that the team wasn’t constructed of great shooters, which many saw as a shot at the Lakers’ front office.

“We’re getting great looks, but it could also be teams giving us great looks. To be completely honest, we’re not a team constructed of great shooting… It’s not like we’re sitting here with a lot of lasers on our team.”

Lakers fans loved LeBron’s honesty and are urging the team’s front office to begin making moves to acquire shooters.
