The Big Baller Brand wasn’t about to let a national holiday like Independence Day to go by without them utilizing the day to sell some sneakers. As American as capitalism, Lonzo Ball unveiled his new “Independence Day Collection” that features his signature sneaker in red, white, and blue on the 4th of July. The new kicks are “a symbolic celebration of Independence, Family, and Freedom which is the bedrock of Big Baller Brand.”
The ZO2 is now available in patriotic colorways, but it still has that exorbitant price tag of $495 for sizes 8 through 13, and sizes 14 and 15 with a mind-numbing price of $695. Big Baller Brand will offer a “very limited release” of pre-orders for a “very limited amount of time” with an expected ship date of Nov. 24.

They’re not half bad, but that $500 price tag is kinda bananas.
ICYMI: Lonzo also shared a photo of him signing his contract and officially becoming a member of the Los Angeles Lakers.
