
Michael Bennett is a Super Bowl champion, a two-time Pro Bowler, and a model citizen. The 31-year-old was recently awarded BETs ‘Shine A Light’ Award, which recognizes “exceptional accomplishments” in the community.
Michael’s The Bennett Foundation addresses child obesity through nutrition education and free, accessible programming in Washington, Hawaii and Texas, according to Seattle Pi. The dude has also pledged to donate all of his endorsement money in 2017 to charities that focus on helping minority communities and empowering women of color.
When Bennett was asked why he skips Seattle’s voluntary offseason workouts, his answer was transcendent.

Bennett has said in the past that he feels a deep calling to help people and to use his immense platform to inspire change. The NFL needs more guys like this.
